Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify.

2. Return Process

To start a return, contact our support team at b2b@cykero.eu with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

3. Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it for damage or signs of use.
  • If the item passes inspection, we will approve the return and process your refund or exchange.
  • If the item does not meet our return criteria, we will notify you and return the item at your expense.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
