1. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers any functional defects for a period of 30 calendar days. Cosmetic warranty is limited to 72 hours after product receipt.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered by our warranty:

• Physical damage
• Water damage
• Normal wear and tear
• iCloud lock, MDM lock, SIM lock
• Devices opened or repaired by a third party

3. Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, contact us at rma@cykero.eu with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

4. Replacement or Repair

Products will be repaired or replaced during the warranty period. If a repair or replacement is not possible, a credit note will be issued.
